Looking for an experienced personal trainer to train with once or twice a week in person, and provide a structured workout plan I can follow on my own the rest of the week. I’ve been going to the gym for a few years but want to take things more seriously and focus on gaining muscle with proper technique and progression. What I’m after: • Strength and hypertrophy training experience • Ability to create a personalized weekly plan • Knowledge of biomechanics or rehab is a big plus (I’ve had shoulder and hip injuries) • Bonus if you can help with swimming stroke improvement, but not essential I’m motivated and committed—just looking for the right guidance to level up my training. I’m a 160cm 45kg Malaysian girl, would love to find an Asian Girl Personal Trainer to motivate me in the gym. Only girls because I would feel most comfortable during training. Budget wise, I would always prefer to have a trial before and pay as low for the first time, bcs then I get to vibe out if I actually like the way you teach or not. After that, we can discuss more about future classes and budget.

We need a personal masseur who can regularly come to our penthouse and do stretching and reflexology. The masseur must be experienced and strong enough to keep stretching, and sometimes, four people, one after another. We are a large company and will have lots of part-time work for you based in South Yarra.

We have a group of absolute basketball beginners who are looking for a coach. We have a court at Fawkner Park and it would run between 7.45 and 8.45 one day each week (can be discussed). $50 per 1 hour session (no matter how many children turn up) with minimum 24 hours notice if cancellation, then $7 per child. We are approximating 10 children which will be $120 for the day, but even if no kids turn up you still get $50. None of them have played basketball before so it's all very simple fun stuff.
