I need a personal trainer. I’m 40 in a month and in revolting shape. Think of the least fit person you know… and multiply it by 5. I lead an extremely sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle (long work hours / demanding job, plus sheer laziness) and I eat poorly. I need and want to get fit and lose a tonne of weight. I’ve also been asked to be a bridesmaid in September, which is the catalyst for this request. I’m looking for a personal trainer to come to my Pyrmont residence once a fortnight. We have a communal gym in our building which I have absolutely no idea how to use. In these sessions I’d like to spend 45 minutes learning how to use the machines and working out a fortnightly routine for me to follow between sessions. These sessions can be scheduled throughout the day if necessary as I work from home. Please let me know if you’re available and interested.
