Hi, Im looking for a personal trainer/ nutritionist who can help me cut weight (8-10kg) in 2 months.Im 27 years old, 5'4 and 78kg. I live in Glebe near central station. I havent hit the gym in 10 years. Searching for someone who can guide/motivate me to hit the gym (personal training), eat healthy( need cooking advice and recipies) and develop lean muscle. I'm not going to any other gym unless it is not far away and free of charge for entry/ usage. My goal is fat loss, muscle to fat ratio.
