Find an experienced fitness coach in Lane Cove

I’m looking for someone to help me kickstart a core focused training program. I’ve currently dropped a fair amount of weight and really need to build up my core strength for work and before getting back into traditional strength training. If you’re open to taking in a client at this time of year I’d really appreciate it as it as it seems to be the only real down time I can manage throughout the year, I’d love to set in some good habits before getting back into work life early January. I’m based in Lane Cove, have an advanced multifunctional home gym and close to oval. Ideally I’d like to do some stuff around here incorporating some ab workouts, light cardio, boxing and weights.

Looking for an ongoing Tennis coach one night a week and two nights every second week. I am playing with a wonderful person who is about to move back overseas. The money I’ve put on the task is just so that we can engage and talk and will work it out once a schedule is put in place.
