Hi there! We’re a couple looking for a personal trainer to help us build our fitness, strength, and overall wellbeing — both physical and mental. We'd like to train together, ideally once or twice a week, and are flexible with the location (local park, your studio, or our home depending on convenience and price). We’re hoping to find someone who: Has experience training couples or small groups Can tailor sessions to different fitness levels. Is friendly, supportive, and knows how to keep things fun and motivating Has a holistic approach to health and understands the positive impact of exercise on mental wellbeing Is available on weeknights or weekends (we’re happy to coordinate based on your schedule) One of our shared goals is to feel better mentally — reduce stress, boost energy, and stay consistent — so we’d love to work with someone who creates a safe and encouraging space.
