We have a colorbond fence next to a retaining wall. The bottom of the fence panels are higher than the top of the retaining wall which creates space between the wall and panels. This is a problem because we have pets which can escape. These panels need to be unscrewed and lowered down. The posts are also leaning, so they need to be straightened.
