I have wooden fence between neighbours, and I want to fix up some old fence, or install new ones. I also want to install new fence in the front of yard, I have two drive-ways, one drive way is to garage and I like to electrical door to this driveway. The other way is just door (not automatic). Image is just from website, and i like to have brick and inserted panels too but it needs to be modern looking.

A piece of fence has broken off in a storm recently. Whole fence will need replacing at some stage but for the time being I need someone to reattach and repair the approx 3m of fence that has broken away. Might need a few pieces of replacement timber also to reattach.

I have pine fence , 4 post are broken and need replacement, post are split from bottom and also it is soft ground so existing post are fixed with concrete . Let me know what's the cost to finish the job + material .

We have a small side gate on left of property, metal framed with timber palings. The gate needs repairing as palings are damaged and falling off. Don't think the metal frame needs replacing though. Also requires a new, suitable closing and locking mechanism to ensure it can be locked from the inside. The supporting posts that are attached to a side fence may or may not need replacing. We also have on the right side of the property, a larger gate and some fencing that closes off access to that side of the property however it all needs replacing as the posts are warped and the main part of the fence has come off the posts.It is preferable that the main part of the fence is either removable or opens, so that large items, machinery can access the side/back of house. Also the side gate on this side which needs replacing will also require a suitable closing and locking mechanism. Once all of this is replaced we will paint it ourselves. Have put a minimal budget of $10.00 which will increase once final cost has been discussed and agreed - Due date: Flexible
