Remove and dispose of 90 Lin metres of a delapidated 1200mm high wire mesh fence with star pickets. Replace with a new 1200mm high rural style fence constructed with treaded pine posts at 2400mm centres with a wire mesh infill. Post will be installed into a deep sandy loam soil (no rock or clay), with concrete footings. Excess spoil from post holes can be spread on site (no need to remove spoil off-site). Mesh infill to be galvanised steel with approximately 100x100mm grid wire spacing. Tensioned top and bottom straining wire to be installed. Fence to be constructed in 2 runs in an ‘L’ shape. One run of approximately 50m with an end strainer post with bracing and one corner post (with 2 way bracing), from which a second run of approximately 40m is to be constructed with an end post with bracing. Easy open access is available for demolition and construction of the new fence. No restriction from structures or vegetation. Vehicle access is available for a ute and or with trailer to get materials generally within 5 to 10m of the fence. Work to be completed between late January 2026 and end of February 2026.

Colour bond fence blew over in last storm. We propped it up using existing bolts from another part of fence. We need to make it secure. Ideally we would like one more panel and end piece added so it doesn’t happen again in next storm

Demolish and dispose of the old timber fence. Build 41m of new Colorbond fence Shale Grey, exactly the same as per the photos: 1.8m height, with most bays having 1 sleeper underneath, about 5 bays with 2 sleepers underneath. Sleepers painted with two coats of matching colour - I will provide the paint) About 25m of the fence line has the same height, then diagonally stepping down as per the photo. Due to sandy soil, all posts to be dug in 800mm deep. (photos show shark fins, however this new fence posts will need to be dug in.) I need 14 pre made colorblind fence panels installed on my property with easy access You will need to remove a timber fence and dump it and dig the holes and place the fence panels in and screw together and throw a bag of post mix and set the fence I have the panels the concrete a string line I have some health issues so I can’t do it myself
