I am seeking a qualified fencing contractor to remove existing structures and install new fencing and gates for a property with a main house and a granny flat in Bass Hill. Location indicated in blue on floorplan. Scope of Work: 1. Colorbond Fencing & Gates: - New Installation: Supply and install 10 LM (1800mm high) at the front of the main house and 9 LM separating the main house from the granny flat. - Shared Driveway Gate: Supply and install a 3 LM x 1200mm high Colorbond gate with D-latch and all hardware. - Sleepers: Include 4x Treated Pine timber sleepers (200mm x 50mm) beneath the Colorbond sections. - Repairs: Repair 3 existing Colorbond fence posts on the side boundary. 2. Front Security Fencing & Gates: - Removal: Remove and dispose of 23 LM of existing front fencing. - New Installation: Supply and install 23 LM of 1200mm high black flat-top fence panels with 50mm x 50mm black posts. - Granny Flat Gate: Supply and install 1x black flat-top gate for the main entry with D-latch and hardware. 3. Additional Work: - Painting: Paint the existing fence as indicated on the site plan. Requirements: - Experience: Please provide photos of previous Colorbond and flat-top fencing installations. - Equipment: Must have all necessary tools, including post-hole diggers and leveling equipment. - Disposal: Price must include the removal and legal disposal of the old 23 LM of fencing.

Need to raise colour bond fence 600mm have 14 panels around 26 metres.

Need a to put wood as per diagram to build a platform will be using the color bond fence as the backing, ground is not level, I need the wood placed to make it level so when I fill it will be level

1 x gate requires a repair, and both need the fasting fixture repaired or replaced

I’ve bought Colorbond fences and concrete sleepers. Need someone to help install them. I can organise machine and Labourer’s to assist.

Fence was done 6 months ago shit job was done with the cement in a few places the fence isn’t stable needs new cement poured in maybe 5 of the holes
