At Mayfield Early Education Melton South, we are in of a tradesperson to attend our site and carry out the following repairs: 1- Fix broken sections of the front gate 2- Repair damaged fencing that is currently allowing children to access the toddler yard unsupervised Site details will be provided upon acceptance. As this is a childcare centre, all workers must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and be comfortable working in a child-safe environment.

House at Melton Task 1: • There's a section of colourbond fence and a double gate at the front of the house, a picture shows how it was before the damage (highlighted in yellow). • The other 2 pictures show that the gate has sustained damage after the storm, seems like the frame of the left gate (where the lock is at) has torn off from the main frame and gate panel. • Would be the best if the broken frame can be welded back. Also needs advices on how to prevent further storm damage (like drilling holes on the gate to reduce wind resistance). Task 2: • The edge of the pergola roof above the kitchen window seems to have suffered from water damage, a chunk of the beam has broken off, exposing the screws that should be holding the roof panel to the beam. • Prefer to patch up the broken beam so that the roof panels can be held down again, without major rework.

Replace and repair beams and posts on the front and back end of same wooden paling fence.

Looking for someone to fix/replace plinths on wooden fence (17 metres) sometime between 27 Dec - 8 Jan. Maybe 4-6 pickets that have split as well???

My wooden fence has come off due to heavy winds. That needs to be fixed.

Wooden backyard fence (bordering back neighbours) has collapsed sections and is generally now old and parts of it need replacing and other parts need fixing. However am open to replacing entire fence if price is right. Length is approx 15.5m
