Under the usual condition, one section of the fence leans towards to the neighbor's side, and under the strong wind condition, the fence swings a bit, and as a result, a gate can't be locked properly due to the move. The fence itself (pallets etc) isn't too bad, so I'm not looking into a full replacement. The fence is about 45 meters long, and it shared with other three neighbors, roundly 15 meters each. I hope the below can be done: * add/repair a few posts to consolidate, so that it won't swing under any wind conditions. * make sure the gate can be locked properly. Thanks
