I have a number of painting jobs that need doing around the house. Including a rendered fence and fiddle bits of trim. Most of the preparation is done and I have te paint and most equipment. This would be an ideal job for a sole painter who can use some days between other longer jobs. Hard to say how many days, but three plus is a rough estimate. I will only consider asn hourly rate $75 and below and anticipate an experienced capable painter

I am wanting to paint my colourbond fence and house exterior. Both have recently been pressure washed professionally, so preparation will be more of a quick wash or brush down. I have purchased the primer and paint required (Dulux), and have an airless paint sprayer/brushes/rollers for you to use. May also be scope to paint the sidewalk around the house and driveway, but I'm going to see what it all looks like with the new colour first. Wanting to have the outside deck sanded. Will include photos. I brought a belt sander and attempted to give it a go. And the Bunnings people obviously had more faith in me. And the last tradesman has no showed twice. Need someone reliable - Need a handyman. Happy to pay for hire of orbital sander from Bunnings - but I don’t have a Ute. This Sunday only.
