Need someone to paint the exterior side walls, downpipes and Entry door. Refer pictures. Paint is provided.

Paint exterior of 3 bedroom brick veneer home. Gables, gutters, fascias and soffits, gararge(2) roller doors, back verandah, paving paint and metal verandah ceiling, gutters and downpipes. Possibly repaint colour bond roof as well. Must have current QBCC licence.

To source and supply all materials needed. To remove the boards on the landing towards the bottom of the staircase and to remove the 6 treads between the landing and the ground. To cut new treads to the correct size and to install the new treads on the steps and the landing. To apply 2 coats of paint to the new treads allowing time for drying between coats with paint colour matched as best as possible to the existing colour. To remove rubbish and clean mess.

Painting one side of the house, there will be some prep. Also painting pailings on lower half

Painting of exterior facade (from the brown to grey) and inside the entire house to delicious lexicon white. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. House is empty as I have just moved in. Located Redbank Plains

Inside walls and ceilings, some areas have mould. Outside is repainting the white boards and green trim. NOTE: There is a tenant in the house with lots and lots of furniture etc. This job can only be done after Oct 2nd when they vacate. Photos are from 2013 just before house was rented.

Need someone to prep the weatherboards on the exterior of our 2 story Queenslander home for painting. Only the top level/half of the 2 sides and back of house need prepping. The front and lower half is new wood and paint due to house being raised. Lead has been identified in the old/upper part of the home so needs to be prepped inline with rules and safety regulations.

We need the aluminium surrounds of our 2 front windows painted white (currently cream). We only need the exterior done.
