Hi there , I am wanting an experienced neat and tidy painter to paint the exterior of my house . Everything will be supplied. No scaffolding required, there is ladder work required for the ceiling though . If you have your own ladder setup that’s fine. $35 per hour . Could be a weeks worth of painting available . The render is in good condition and will be pressure washed ready to go .

The job involves: * Inspecting the existing timber for any damage. * Light sanding/preparation of the timber slats. * Cleaning the surface. * Applying a suitable exterior timber stain or clear protective coating (ideally matching the existing finish). * Ensuring an even, professional finish. Got a painter who has seemed to have disappeared. Scaffolds and everything is still up. Most of the wall prep is done minor some minor sanding on each side. First coat of primer also applied on the left, long side of the house and back. Colour wanted Lexicon Quarter.

Paint the external (non brick) sections of my home including gutters, downpipes and facia. Updating the colour from cream and green to Vivid White, Basalt and Shale Grey. I am wanting to paint my colourbond fence and house exterior. Both have recently been pressure washed professionally, so preparation will be more of a quick wash or brush down. I have purchased the primer and paint required (Dulux), and have an airless paint sprayer/brushes/rollers for you to use. May also be scope to paint the sidewalk around the house and driveway, but I'm going to see what it all looks like with the new colour first. Please let me know if scaffolding or planks are included in your quote, or if you would like me to arrange this separately.
