Tuesday, May 6 - Pick up 180kg pallet (1600 x 1165 x 1000mm) from courier depot in Botany before 4pm. Each item is approx. 4-5kgs - Set up each item after 5:45pm, May 6 at the Crown Hotel. (Max 2 hours for 2 people. No tools required.) - Take photos of installation and send to us for confirmation Wednesday, May 7 - Pack down from 6:00pm at Crown Hotel (Max 2 hours for 2 people. Re-pack items onto pallet and use supplied shrinkwrap to secure) Thursday, May 8 - Deliver pallet to TNT depot in Botany - Take photos of pallet and send to us for confirmation DETAILS: - Will require 2 people to set up and pack down at the conference. - Smart casual, professional-looking. Wearing a hi-vis vest when setting up and packing down essential. A hi-vis vest will be supplied. - Experience in setting up pull-up banners and stretch fabric media walls would be favourable, but not essential. EVENT SET UP - Tuesday, May 6 Start time: 5:45pm Finish time: 9:00pm Tasks: 1. Set up 25 pullup banners (W 850mm x H 2000mm) 2. Set up 1 x stretch-fabric media wall (W 3m x H 2.2m) 3. Put on 4 tablecloths on tables 4. Assemble 2 x welcome signs (screws together) 5. Affix floor decals 6. Assemble entry display EVENT PACK DOWN - Wednesday, May 7 Start time: 6:00pm Finish time: 7:00pm Tasks: 1. Pack up all items DELIVER TO TNT DEPOT - Thursday, May 8 after 9:30am - Re-pack items onto pallet and use supplied shrinkwrap roll to secure items - Send photos to us for checking Note: - You will be required to read provided instructions on how to set up and pack down (max. 20mins) - Sign an OH&S document - Provide Driver’s Licence details - All parking expenses and tolls are to be paid by the contractor. - Shrinkwrap and applicator will be provided to wrap the pallet.
