I’m looking for someone experienced in proposal styling, event setup or floral decoration to create a simple, elegant surprise marriage proposal setup on a Sydney Northern Beaches beach. Date: Saturday 15 November Location: Northern Beaches — exact beach/location will be provided once confirmed Setup: Ideally completed shortly before the proposal, at a discreet time to maintain the surprise. What I’m looking for A romantic beach setup inspired by the attached reference image, featuring: * A large heart shape made from fresh red rose petals * Approximately 2–2.5 metres wide * A full, neat and photograph-ready petal arrangement * Some additional loose rose petals inside/around the heart * Fresh red roses/petals supplied by you * Delivery to the beach * Complete setup before the couple arrives * Pack-down/removal of petals afterwards The final design should be elegant and tasteful rather than overly elaborate, and should photograph beautifully from a reasonable distance. Please advise what quantity of roses/petals you recommend to achieve the look in the attached reference image. I don’t want to specify an arbitrary number if you have experience with this type of setup. Important This is a surprise proposal, so discretion is extremely important. We’re a growing Sydney party hire business looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our small team for weekend event setups and packdowns. This is initially being offered as a trial through Airtasker, however we’re ideally looking for someone who would love ongoing casual weekend work with us if we’re a great fit for each other. The role involves helping us deliver, set up and pack down party hire equipment including soft play, ball pits, jumping castles, bubble domes, bumper cars, backdrops and other event equipment. We have a stall at the Good Food and Wine festival at the convention centre in Darling Harbour. We require one person to assist lifting 15kg boxes off pallets. The works include:  Scheduling of works with Venue Managers  Assessment of the condition of the assets before the commencement of works  Completion of the works according to the specification  Documentation before and after completion of works  Adherence to the Venue’s OH&S policies and procedures All relevant ABN, Workcover, Public Liability, and any other associated policies, coverage or requirements shall be in place and current before the commencement of works. The works shall not be outsourced or subcontracted to a third party. One must be fully vaccinated. It best suits semi-retired who need to supplement their income or just to get out of the house. Timing of Works There are potentially numerous venues need to be cleaned. Cleaning of the venue assets can be completed consecutively. The time allowance at each venue is 60 minutes including set up, pack up, etc. The site visit and completion of works can be conducted anytime during the scheduled month provided prior approval are sought from the venue Manager. A timetable of the venues will be provided.
