Touchup and repair plaster wall and touchup paint in areas along with repair to a door possibly need to be replaced if not repaired

Fix 2 taps which are shaky 1. Washbasin tap (this might need moving the basin and do it or even put a new one (I will have a new tap stand by)- see pics ) 2. Sink tap - this might be an easy one - It just keep shaking even after I fix it with my hand. So just need a good fix so that it doesn’t keep shaking

Trim Laminate benchtops, one sink cutout and join prep for two straight corners (routing recesses) required. Trimming - There are 3 benchtops 1. Trim 246 cm benchtop to 240 cm and cut sink opening. 2. Trim another 246 cm benchtop into two sections (~75 cm and ~130 cm). 3. Trim a few cms either side of 240 cm benchtop (cut a few cm off each end to remove damage sustained in transit). Cut one sink opening Prep straight corners - router underside recesses for connector bolts. I would like 5 small stumps and roots removed from the garden bed beside my driveway. We removed the self-sown weedy trees (Cotoneaster + another) and painted with herbicide about a year ago. They have not reshooted so the stumps/roots should be dead. But there is the gas meter in the same area so you'll need to be careful. The gas pipe is currently exposed so we'll know where it is when any digging/grinding occurs. See picture.
