I am assisting an elderly lady with done minor works. We need the bathroom taps swapped over from old plastic ones to stainless steel and other minor fittings updated. We will supply the taps and towel rails etc, just need someone to swap out. Works include 2 x toilet roll holders, 2 x towel rails, 1 x 3 piece bath taps, 1 x 3 piece vanity taps etc, 1 x 3 piece shower tap set. Refer pics on what needs replacing

Touch ups required on a painted counter that has some chips/damage. In need of someone who can fill in chips and repaint small area using Dulux concrete paint. This paint is a textured paint and needs to be applied with a trowel, and would ideally be done by someone with experience with a task like this.
