The job is to: • Lower the hot and cold water taps for the washing machine. • Lower the two other water outlets on the right-hand side (see photo). • Make sure everything is well positioned for a benchtop and cabinet to be installed above

The standard laundry tap set juts out too far for my dryer. I have some shallow ones from Bunnings that you can install or I will consider other products if you have something to suggest. Needs to be finished today or tomorrow at latest please.

I need : - The carpet and underlay removed from two bedrooms which have are 3.8 x 3.8 m and 4 x 4 m . - Underlay and tack strips removed from a hallway (4 m x 0.9 m) - Tack strips removed from the lounge room (5.7 x 3.6 m) I can remove the waste and I am flexible on my budget, I plan to compare a few quotes. 3 skinny palm stumps need to be dug out. See photos (1 on the left of the main palm and 2 on the right). We’ve cut them down but need someone strong to dig the stump and roots out. No access for a stump grinder.

I have 3 golden cane palms that have been cut down already but the stumps remain. I require someone with a chainsaw to destroy them and cut them as close to the ground as possible so I can poison them.
