I have two older taps in my shower and it appears that the stem has likely stripped as the taps keep on turning a lot before the water comes out. Sink tap washers may also need replacing as they constantly drip.

No new fixtures need installing yet — just need everything safely capped and ready for the renovation work. This includes a kitchen and a laundry + reverse osmosis tank system.

Existing shadow line roof was cut to install new tiles, which has left a gap between the gyprock and the tiles. Would like to fill the shadow line so that roof is flush with the tiles - no gap. It would be all four sides - roof is 1.6m x 2.4m.

Hi, ' Seeking experienced person to block gap running along wall and floor in kitchen (around 4m length) with appropriate material e.g. foam cord, caulk etc. Gap is 2 - 3 cm and is the source of very cold air in winter (refer photo 1) Kitchen kickboard will need to be removed and reinstalled (photo 2). I'd do it myself but it'd look crap afterwards (kickboard installation). thanks
