I am looking for a licensed and insured plumber please for the following: 1. Diagnose why pump isn’t working - (fix or replace at extra cost). It’s used to pump overfill in sump to the street. 2. Put new loo seat on. I have seat and lid combo 3. Plumb fridge in so I can get filtered water through fridge and ice 4. Change taps and spout in bathroom 5. The small tank at back of garage is leaking. Can you fix or recommend someone to fix

Interior house needs painting upstairs 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms they are 90% tiles 1 lounge area all doors and I have a set of stairs that need another coat of black just starting to show a bit of wear on the stairs Ceiling will not need to be painted .. The downstairs just recently painted but my guy has gone overseas looking at painting Vivid white is the colour .. Walls all in pretty good condition let me know if you need more information.

Hello! I need someone to remove these 4 remaining posts and concrete stumps from a dismantled fence. I also need the white fence dismantled (cut into panels) and those posts and concrete stumps to be removed as well. The white fence is 10m long. (Posts and stumps to be disposed of, timber fence panels to remain here)

Preparation and painting of garden fence, sleepers and steps as shown. Only one side of the fence is needed as the other side still needs to go up once the neighbour has built his house. Some of the sleepers will likely need to be pressure washed.I haven't bought the paint yet but was thinking Haymes ultra premium Solashield exterior in low sheen.

Need two tree stumps grinded down to ground level. This is within a garden bed and happy to assist lifting this in (if even possible). - Due date: Flexible

3 palms have been cut down. One stump is beginning to break down. The others are not and stand about 30 Cm above the ground level. There is the stump of a small umbrella tree beside this group as well. I live in a corner allotment on a busy round about. This area is on this corner and is behind a 2 metre fence, being a pool fence, so access for machinery will need to be through a pool gate. - Due date: Flexible
