Door Repairs, Touch-Up Painting & Door Stops Hi, I’m looking for an experienced handyman/painter to complete the following repairs, preferably all by the same person. Doors – 6 in total: * 2 doors have chipped/peeled paint and some surface damage from scratching (shown in the photos). These areas need to be sanded/repaired where needed, primed and repainted for a neat finish. * 4 other doors only have scratch marks and the paint has not peeled off. These just need to be repaired/touched up as needed. * The doors are still in working condition, so I’m looking to repair them rather than replace them. * Paint should match the existing white colour as closely as possible. Door stops: * 4 clear plastic door stops/protectors are damaged and need to be repaired or replaced as needed. * 4 new white door stops need to be supplied and installed, similar to the one shown in the photos. I would prefer one handyman who can complete the whole job, including the door repairs, painting/touch-ups and door stops. Please bring the necessary tools and materials. I need front door, one full room, staircase , skirting boards in hallway, two wooden pieces on balcony and other small painting tasks done before putting property on sale. One room that need to be painted look bad in the robe and near the air went, it may only need paint in curling and that one small walk in robe. It’s small room to fit a queen double bed. It has been washed already but smoke marks remained. I have the colour codes. The main reason for touches is the pencil marks and scuffs by child. Front door paint is worn out at the bottom with sun.

Any electronic stereo gurus able to somehow repair/fix my amplifier (Pioneer) and speakers (Warfdale) as it keeps “overloading” when the volume is increased especially at 42dB. Screen replaced and what ever else that needs to be fixed due to not working. Screen turns on but then that’s about it.

We have just had stone put into the bathrooms and laundry and need a plumber to reconnect 4 x bathroom basins and 1 x laundry trough again. Originally all 4 bathroom basins were drop ins and now they are all top mount. Laundry trough remains the same.

Getting new stone laid in 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room and laundry. Once stone is laid, we will be changing current sinks to over the stone sinks and reconnecting taps and waste of the sinks. This will be 4 new sinks and taps. For laundry, the sink is same and tap is in the wall but sink waste will need to be altered reconnected after the stone is laid. We are also looking at changing over the kitchen sink to a new deeper kitchen sink than the original one installed at the moment. We are having stonemason come on Sunday at this stage and looking to get all this done on Sunday.
