Bathtub tap keeps running even when turned off – needs repair (Croydon) The bathtub tap/faucet won’t fully turn off – water keeps running even after I shut it tightly. As for my two-storey townhouse. I recently noticed a small amount of water pooling on top of a ceiling fan on the ground floor (see attached photo). The ceiling itself shows no visible water stains, marks, or damage. The fan is located directly underneath an upstairs shower area (not a bathtub or toilet). I suspect there might be a minor leak from the shower drain or waterproofing and water could be slowly seeping down along the fan pipe. I’m looking for a licensed and experienced plumber to fix the problem.

Most likely enough work for a full day Looking for someone handy with paint, patching, cleaning off paint from door handles trim, plane a couple doors, fix fence paint with spray in a few patches, paint air way vents after a render, attaching a couple door stops, attaching clothes hooks in walk in robe All the jobs are pretty tiny and just final details for the end of a decent Reno. Exact things we need are as follows; - paint 14 air way vents around the outside of a house (we got house rendered so they need to be the same) - attaching clothes hooks to our walk in robe x 4 - scrape any paint off bathroom sliding door handles x 3 doors without scratching - scrape paint off trim in 2 bathroom without scratching (minimal to do here) - fix 2 door stops- they’ve come loose, and attach 1 new ones - few few small spots around the house with paint or filler- approximately 8really little patches no bigger than 5x5cm - spray a few patches on the fence to fix up - mostly done but some patches need to be redone - attach a small shower shelf into a shower niche - attach a door to the access hole for under the house- needs to be purchased Also have one more job to attach some board to the side of the house- 2m x 3m but not sure into required extra time
