Recently had FTTP installed downstairs. Would love to get a quote to relocate my new WiFi router (black one in the photos) upstairs, as the WiFi speeds upstairs have been poor. I'm hoping to get this done with by running an Ethernet cable through the walls, to a wall outlet where my FTTC connection used to be (white router in photos). Please note, the current outlet upstairs is not an Ethernet outlet. I'm in a double story town house with a metal roof. I’m looking for someone with the know how to replace 2 timber stumps that have become loose and possibly 1 or two more to atleast re secure them to the existing bearers due to a lean. There are 2 areas of the house that has sunk and would like them lifted and made secure. Access for the first 2 is easy and pretty straight forward and the other is about 5 meters under the house. Access is good and there should be plenty of room to work with. The existing first 2 stumps measure just under 800mm (exposed). You will need to bring a Jack or mini prop of some sort and stump packers with you along with the rest of the gear you will need. (The first and 3rd photo show the next stump (with level) from the crawl space access just after the main 2 and the leaning stump is the one 5m in)

Hi there, we need some one professional to inspect our water heating system as there is a temperature fluctuation when using hot water and adjusting temperature for example when taking shower. Here, when we adjust the water temperature with taps (separate for cold and hot water), the water temperature fluctuates (most of the time drops) after a short time and then we need to adjust water temperature again. To fix this issue we need someone (a licensed person/plubmer) who is able to inspect and diognose the issue first and suggest how to fix it. Thanks

I Need a handy man with plumbing knowledge.. Our toilet cistern won’t flush, the ball float inside the cistern has broken, and it constantly fills with water, so the ball may need replacing (see pics) Also looking for you to change the taps in main bathroom (3 sets, shwr,basin,bath) and in ensuite (2sets, shwr & basin), to some more modern ones as they are very old style taps (see pics). The hand basin also in main bathroom has 2 cracks, and needs replacing or repairing also, see attached photo..
