Need qualified sparky to install 2 x 4 plug electric points in downstairs area of double story house.

Looking for qualified electrician to get and install a bathroom fan, it was conected before but now have been removed and I need the same fan professionally connected .

Exhaust Fan in ensuite bathroom requires replacement and other exhaust fan in main bathroom requires cleaning and checking that it is working properly. Also Smoke Alarms require checking 2 are hard wired and 6 are battery operated, They require investigation due to the fact that on 26/9/24 in the middle of the night all the smoke alarms went off. And no fire was detected.

6 down lights to be installed. Kitchen and meals room lights to be removed.

4 new power points. Replace 2 existing power points with new Connect stove top/ oven and add mains switch Budget is firm. One story unit with easy roof access.

Qualified electricians only. The PowerPoint has been damaged by a disability bed being pushed into it. Needs repair for safety reasons.

I’m having a Patio roof installed - so the two pipes shown in the photo need to be moved over towards where the outdoor light is located (about half a metre maximum) so they don’t have to cut a hole in the new patio roof. Need a few odd jobs done around the house which need a sparky. Most major fixtures supplied, might need a few consumables to be supplied by electrician. 1) ceiling fan. Remove old fan with light and replace with new fan with light. Lucci Moderna brand/style fan supplied. 2) 4x Power points installed. Near existing point. Power point front plates supplied with usb points (from bunnings). No wires or conduit supplied. May need PowerPoint boxes for 2 of the installs as they’re on shared walls in townhouse and the plasterboard/pink board is pretty thick. 3) light fixture replaced. Currently have an old oyster light installed on the staircase. Need it replaced with updated fixture. Light fixture/bulb supplied pretty sure it’s also lucci brand from beacon lighting. All PowerPoints installs are less than 3m away from current power points, sick of using power boards/bit hazardous in one of the bedrooms. Light and fan installs are in the same spots as current fixtures, just upgrading/changing for aesthetics. Need the job completed on Friday 25 Feb or Wed-Sat 2,3,4 or 5 March 2022
