Exhaust Fan in ensuite bathroom requires replacement and other exhaust fan in main bathroom requires cleaning and checking that it is working properly. Also Smoke Alarms require checking 2 are hard wired and 6 are battery operated, They require investigation due to the fact that on 26/9/24 in the middle of the night all the smoke alarms went off. And no fire was detected.
