Reposted, as I’ve removed the fan installation tasks, it’s just the below tasks. 1. Outdoor Patio area - install new power point in ceiling with double outlets for motorized tv frame and install tv. There is a cable in the roof already that has been pushed through and is at the location where the motorised tv bracket and the TCL 50” tv need to be mounted and installed. There also needs to be a timber piece to be installed between the roof trusses to handle the weight. I have already marked out with the tv bracket template where it needs to be installed and drilled a hole. I am expecting this job to be a harder job, as the roof cavity is quite low, as shown in the photos, it’s about 5m - 6m away from the manhole, over the top of the AC duct. You will need to supply everything excluding the cable, as shown in the photos - but happy to run your own. There is an existing cable at the manhole the runs by to connect, or cables running to the lights. 2. Install TV Flat Frame TV, run cable up through wall in to roof/ceiling cavity, provide a power point in roof/ceiling cavity for TV The Frame box to be connected to power. I am expecting this to be a very easy job for someone with experience. There’s manhole is directly above the location and there is a cable there to connect a new roof power point.
