Looking to hardwire a heat strip into my outdoor area. I’ve previously had two hardwired - need a third done. I will physically install the heat strip into the pergola first. Recently had an extra circuit board installed with spare space for further electrical installs. Also looking to add some outdoor power points in the entertainment area, and add some interior power points inside the house - all hollow interior plaster board walls.

1. Power Point under eave gets wet in heavy rain - remove 2. Light fitting under eave got water in it from rain (never done that before) - remediate 3. Pull cord light switch in ceiling above manhole is flakey - replace 4. Gas furnace to be removed - disconnect electrical
