Need new smoke alarms installed in 2 storey, 5 bedroom home to be compliant for sale. Currently several non compliant alarms in place.

We are building a house with Coral Homes and they have allocated 18 downlights whereas we need 43. Their will be a batten light installed in all areas which will need to be replaced by a downlight and then other downlights will also need to be installed where the wiring can be connected from that initial batten light. Could you please let me know how much it will be to supply and install the additional 25 downlights once the house has been finished and we take possession. Thanks Peter

Pool heater needs a new power point as old one got wet when raining.

Someone to come assess my electric piano to see if it can be fixed. I can hear pre recordings on it fine but nothing when I hit the keys. It hasn’t been used in a year and the speakers are sometimes a little crackly too. It’s a Casio Celviano AP 6 limited edition. Newport any day/time.

I need additional power points added, one in the garage and one in a spare room. Garage power point seems simple to extend from an existing outlet, the bedroom one looks somewhat difficult. Garage, power point needed above existing one, shown in photo. Bedroom, power point needed on wall shown, existing power is behind the bed in the same photo. Not sure if the cable can run from the light switch near by? Double story house, metal structure and insulation in walls

Just got new solar panels installed and have purchased solar bird proofing mesh, just need someone to go up on the roof and install it. It's easy task to do but I don't have time to do it myself

Supply and install 1 x Clipsal 755PSMA4 intercon smoke alarm to garage

bend and weld stainless tube into place - Due date: Flexible

I will supply the Emerald Vulcan alarms - Due date: Flexible

Remove light fittings x3. Replace existing cord with longer electrical cord. Re-install light fittings
