We have a generator in the factory which will require a distribution board as it will serve multiple equipment. The generator is "GENERATOR DIESEL SILENT CUMMINS 176KVA 3PHASE STAMFORD" 1 x 250 amp 48 pole Distribution board – MS fed from generator 1 x 100 Amp D curve circuit breaker to feed 280i Plasma mounted in top of DB 1 x 40 Amp D curve circuit breaker to feed KWE Chiller 1 x 40 Amp D curve circuit breaker to feed Robot and Controls 1 x 10 Amp D curve circuit breaker/RCD combo to feed Fume Extraction Fan Spare Poles and available current in DB for future circuits up 60 amps Circuits to be fed from isolators includes connection to generator feeding maximum of 250 amps Based on generator size of 178kva maximum output will be 198 amps Distance from generator to Distribution Board is +/- 20meters Connections to the machine will be done once the machine is installed. NOTES: - Electrical license required - Contractor license also required as you will install in our factory - Experience with similar equipment - Insurance required - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 26 May 2023 Budget to be confirmed
