Hello, We have an EXTREMELY URGENT electrical emergency and require immediate assistance from a qualified and licensed WA Electrician at our retail store. The Issue: This is a major electrical and fire hazard. The cord and plug for one of our frame heaters has shorted, causing a loud bang and smoke. - The plug has physically melted into the PowerPoint socket. - The appliance cord is visibly split and damaged. - The plug cannot be removed from the wall socket. The Job: The task is to attend the site as a priority to make the area safe and restore power. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely isolating power to the affected circuit at the switchboard. 2. Diagnosing the fault. 3. Removing the melted plug and the damaged PowerPoint outlet from the wall. 4. Supplying and installing a new, replacement GPO (General Purpose Outlet). 5. Testing the circuit thoroughly to ensure it is safe and operational. 6. Providing a certificate of electrical safety for the work completed. Requirements: + MUST be a fully licensed and insured WA Electrician. + You must be able to provide your license number for verification. + Extensive experience with commercial electrical fault-finding is essential. + Must have own diagnostic tools and carry standard replacement parts (e.g., GPOs).
