We have a light fixture that consists of 12 florescent tubes. 3 out of the twelve don't light up and we bought replacement bulbs encase the 3 where fused but seems to be more of an electrical problem instead of bulb replacement.

Inspected the recliner motors external power supplies and discovered these to be operational. Discovered four recliner motors and control switches to have failed and these would need to be replaced. Damage typical from power surge. Motor is Okin Betadrive JLDQ.11.156.333A Recliner Motor. I need someone to quote to replace the four motors.

Replace broken fluoro light fitting

Pictured gate is not working - motor needs to be replaced. Need this working before Friday COB. Will pay for motor expense on top of the quoted service fee. See attached for photos and video.

1. Install x3 LIFX wifi light switches (replacement of existing light switches). 2. Relocate and replace 2x2 GPO on a wall in lounge (one is on left side, other is on right side) and supply and install 1x5 GPO in centre of wall (behind TV). 3. Disconnect GPO in garage hub to enable me to remove existing data box so I can upgrade to a new bigger data cabinet. 4. Install x6 runs of CAT6 cabling (I will supply 4Cabling) from same wall behind TV to data cabinet in garage via ceiling into garage. No need to terminate data in garage as I need to install the new data rack and patch panel. There may be additional data cabling needed to replace some of the existing CAT5 runs but will need to consult and discuss additional work and agree on any additional costs (and time). Note start timing is important as I have painters on site am on 24/4 and will need to patch and repair walls same day.

We need an electrician to come and replace a circular fluorescent light fitting. We also would like the front door lock changed with new.
