Put replace old two security lights at the front of the house and fix Off/on button for the lights main lounge , we have a fan that’s doesn’t spin but the lights can be on but will depends how much will cause first to fix everything. Or we can just do the urgent. No idea too if we need to buy the security light to replace or the electrician will have one, looking not to fancy as long will light up only the front someone coming home late from work.

Inspected the recliner motors external power supplies and discovered these to be operational. Discovered four recliner motors and control switches to have failed and these would need to be replaced. Damage typical from power surge. Motor is Okin Betadrive JLDQ.11.156.333A Recliner Motor. I need someone to quote to replace the four motors.
