Need install new washing machine and dryer with stacking kit

Haier 6kg dryer started making scrapping noise when turned on. We had a look at the top and back and unfortunately the band around the wheel came undone.

I live at an apartment in Perth CBD and I just ordered a Haier 4kg Vented Dryer from ApplianceOnline. The estimated delivery date is 17th Sep, Sat. They will remove the old one, but I will need someone to install the new one. Please let me know if you are available for the task. The timing is flexible , doesn't need to be done over the weekend.
