The work will include: Updating room layouts, walls, doors, furniture and office desk positions Making a few corrections to the existing plans Tidying up the drawings so they look clear and professional Adding room names and relevant measurements where provided Adding a north arrow and clearly showing the orientation/direction of the property, including north, south, east and west Preparing separate updated plans for the home and office I will provide the existing plans, rough sketches, photos and instructions showing the required changes. Please provide the completed plans in high-resolution PDF and image format. An editable CAD, DWG or similar source file would also be preferred. This is mainly an update and redraw of existing plans, not a completely new design.
