It's already been built without authorisation but I have to submit site plans & floor plans with measurements and dimensions to save it from being demolished. My artist mother created this balcony for a studio space for her art -she' s painted murals all over it. It's not big - roughly 2m x 2.7m at the end of the original balcony. The council development officer said I just need a draftperson or any skilled artisan to draw up the balcony - does NOT need to be an architect. I will need the finished drawings in a PDF file so I can upload the BIC application. You will need to visit the house and take pics and measurements to do your drawings - access isn't a problem.
