The works are already complete — 2 bedrooms + living area, staircase, structural steel beams, skylights. Council requires the plans to be to scale, with new work clearly coloured/marked, and a legend. I have old engineering drawings, a strata plan, a structural inspection certificate, and a BCA report available to share. Looking for a draftsperson experienced with DA/BIC regularisation of unauthorised works.

The Goal: I want to enclose/roof this structure to turn it into a compliant covered verandah.
