I’m seeking a quote for some drafting work for a small project at my property. We have some space underneath the house and are looking to convert it into habitable space. We've outlined two potential layout options (see below), but we're also open to any suggestions you might have. Option 1: Install new posts at the same height as existing (can we reduce or eliminate posts in favour of beams?). Remove dirt and soil, lower the floor by 500mm, and excavate for new footings.
