Quick job – Replace 3 ceiling downlight bulbs – Wed night (I pay for new bulbs) Description: Hi everyone, Super easy 10–15 minute job. I need someone to: 1. Remove 3 old recessed downlight bulbs (see photo – standard GU10 or MR16/GU10 fitting) 2. Buy 3 new ones (I’ll pay for the bulbs 100% – just get the receipt) 3. Pop the new bulbs in Location: Southbank When: Wednesday evening (after 3:30pm)

I need someone to look at and hopefully fix 2 exhaust fans. One in the bathroom and the other in the laundry area. They turn on, but the fan speed is not great. The second part would be one flickering downlight, it probably needs replacement. Sometimes, it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Three LEDs in our apartment hallway/kitchen are not working anymore. two controlled by one switch and third one is on another switch. I am guessing all three LEDs need replacement. I have added picture of the fitting and what type of LEDs the building/apartment manual says.

Hi, I'm looking for a licensed electrician to change an existing apartment downlight to fit a Philips Hue wifi downlight. The existing downlight is hardwired in, so I can't just unplug and plug in the Philips. I have already purchased the Philips downlight. The address is a Southbank apartment, with on-site parking available in the basement.
