The Issue: One of the recessed LED downlights in our main optometry/consulting room has stopped working. Consistent and proper lighting in this room is important for our daily operations. The other lights in the room are functioning correctly. Ceiling Height: approximately 3 meters The Job: The task is to repair the faulty downlight and restore it to working order. The scope of work will involve: 1. Safely accessing the downlight in the ceiling (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Diagnosing the cause of the failure (e.g., a faulty LED unit, a failed driver/transformer, or a connection issue). 3. Supplying and installing the correct replacement part. 4.
