Kitchen downlight needs to be replaced (price includes sourcing a replacement)

Replace 2 LED track down lights on 4.5m high ceiling in a commercial property.

I have 2 new LED downlights that I need swapped out for plug in ones. I think the old ones might be hardwired as the connection looks different to all the others in the apartment. The cable had a blue box in the line so I didn’t pull it out any further to check because I was unfamiliar with it. Hoping someone can come have a look and change it to a plug in connection if possible. I have attached photos of the lights currently installed and the lights I have bought to swap with.
