The downlight don't have power points, need to add power points so that we can replace the directly connected lights

I have: - 26 x 70mm hardwired downlights that need to be replaced with IC4 plug-in tricolor dimmable. - 3 x hardwired smoke alarms that need replacing. - 1 x light switch to upgrade to LED dimmer switch. The lights are in a mixture of hallway and open plan area, so any advice or flexibility with beam angle appreciated. If possible, let me know the downlight models in the quote. Edit: - 92mm or 70mm acceptable - mention which in quote. - Attached pic of switch to replace - doesn't need to match exactly - Limited roof access due to air-con ducting and location of ground floor lights in relation to upper story rooms.

Two DC fans to be installed, 1 in bedroom the other in lounge. Two down lights to replace existing down lights in kitchen. And run existing aerial from inside roof to outside tv. ( Aerial is already connected just needs to be run out to tv) both fans will be put together ready for installation. Fan in the bedroom to replace down light will need wood support. There are 2 LED downlights that have stopped working. One of them quit over 12 months ago but still had sufficient light. However the second one died recently so both need attention. Could be the driver as one of them occasionally turns on again.
