There are 2 LED downlights that have stopped working. One of them quit over 12 months ago but still had sufficient light. However the second one died recently so both need attention. Could be the driver as one of them occasionally turns on again.

Looking for a licensed electrician to remove an existing surface-mounted LED panel in a bathroom and install new recessed LED downlights.
