Replacing warm colour downlights to cool colour

I need a qualified electrician to firstly remove my current lights in my home (see images) and then, replace/install them with 12 x LED down lights and set them up with the “warm white” tone. The task also includes disposing of the old lights and light covers (x 12). I will be providing 12 x Arlec 9W Tri-Colour Dimmable LED Downlights (purchased from Bunnings).
