double tilt panel garage door approx 5m width. merlin mt5580 no power, have replaced cord and checked rcd hoping its a simple fix ie internal fuse etc door mechanically works fine with pull cord. budget around ~150 for fuse etc through to ~650 for motor swap etc. happy to discuss the options

Repair a hole in toilet door

Hi there I need two of the metal pieces replaced or fixed on each side with new tek screws where required. Somehow the lip on 2 of the metal pieces has separated onto the hinges. The 2 hinges still look okay. Job will suit someone familiar with garage door repairs or metal fabrication, etc.

finish 2x internal door jamb/reveal from where French doors were taken out and replaced to the new aluminium sliding door. had someone prep/ start job but need to finish it and prepare the surface for paint

The front wooden door on bottom gets soaked up and has being very hard to open and close the door with it being firm and challenging to open and close, due to wet/ wild winter weather of the season just gone. I had to add new screws where the floor frame is to seal and hold the stainless steel frame of bottom for door. Job require: - Supply and install new flush SOLID front entry door - Seal top and bottom of door to prevent water egress - Dispose of old door from site - Undercoating & painting door if required/needed

Bracket that pulls the door up by the motor needs replacing.also require general service

Sectional garage door has become bent/bowed at the bottom and appears to be slightly out of alignment. Looking for someone experienced with garage doors to straighten and realign the existing door if possible. Prefer to repair rather than replace the panel. Photos attached.
