I need someone to help me repair the garage

Job Description: My automatic garage door has two main issues that need urgent repair: • Door not holding open: • When the door is fully opened, it does not stay in position. • The chain mechanism seems unable to hold the door, causing the door to drop unexpectedly from the open position (potentially dangerous). • Closing issue: • When trying to close the door, it sometimes comes down only about one-third of the way and then reverses back to the fully open position. I have attached a photo of the door’s chain and release mechanism for reference. Task Requirements: • Diagnose the fault with the garage door opener, chain, and track mechanism. • Repair or replace any faulty parts (e.g., chain drive, trolley, carriage, limit switch, or sensors). • Ensure the garage door opens and closes smoothly and safely, holding its position at the top without dropping. • Test safety features and confirm the door operates correctly after repair.

My garage door and rollers are a bit bent out of shape. I need some help getting it all back into working order

My automatic garage door not opens fully up and not close properly. When pressing the close button on the remote, the door starts rolling down but then the roller wheel misaligns when coming down and sit outside the track. It looks like the issue is coming from the left corner roller area, which may be due to misaligned. The corner panel also appears slightly misshaped, likely causing the door to bind. Please see the attached photo for reference. Work required: Inspect the corner roller and alignment. Adjust or replace the roller if necessary. Check and realign the corner panel. Ensure smooth and safe operation of the door after repair.

Electric garage door is off the rail

(1) Front door has dropped, needs to be realigned (2)cavity door coming off the runner, difficult to move and not straight (3) install a pull handle on the cavity door
