French door repair doesn't open or shut properly hinges need work in one of the photos the hinge is missing but I have that just want to be able to open and shut the doors.

Front entrance aluminium door needs repair n fixing. There are two doors at front entrance. Oneness to be repaired aligned n fixed to open well

The bathroom cavity sliding door has come off the top track and is now hanging at an angle. It appears that one of the top rollers or hangers may have detached. Note, I didn’t notice any bracket or screw falling down, and I haven’t found any loose parts on the floor. The door is now hanging at an angle, so it may simply have come off the track. Please quote to rehang and align the door.

My garage door is not working properly. It appears that part of the lifting/connecting arm mechanism has broken or become detached, as shown in the photos. This has been raised by the tenants, so please inspect and identify the issue and repair as required. * Under-house opening – install suitable galvanised wire mesh across the opening to prevent cats from getting underneath. Please assess the size/area required and install securely. How I’d like the job handled 1. Attend the property and inspect all items. 2. Provide a quote for labour + estimated materials based on what you find. 3. Once the quote is approved, purchase the required parts/materials from Bunnings nearby. 4. Complete the repairs on the same visit where reasonably possible. Please don’t purchase any materials before the quote is approved. Ideally looking for someone who can inspect, source the parts and complete the repairs in one visit rather than requiring multiple call-outs.
