We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to assist with two tasks: 1.Repair a sagging front door (one side only): Our main front door is sagging, and we suspect the hinges need adjusting or tightening. Some screws appear to be stripped or are no longer gripping properly. We need a secure, lasting repair as it is an important main front door. 2.Install an aluminium bracket awning (0.80m x 1.2m) above a solar battery: Mount an awning onto a brick wall using four screws (provided).

Hi there I need two of the metal pieces replaced or fixed on each side with new tek screws where required. Somehow the lip on 2 of the metal pieces has separated onto the hinges. The 2 hinges still look okay. Job will suit someone familiar with garage door repairs or metal fabrication, etc.

Our sliding door needs a slider attached on the bottom, the door itself might need to be replaced, can assess that when you’re here. I think the top roller might be damaged, but might just need to be put back on the slider and have a bottom one added. With the bin, same story pretty much it’s come off the slider. It’s leaning out instead of sliding out, and the whole thing can fall out. It’s been repaired before, but a cleaner has broken it.
