After a break in at my apartment I need door fixed. The strike plate locks bung, the lock plate might be able to be bent into shape, other hardware okay. Also a small patch / fill to door and paint (it is a satin / semigloss water based paint) might be able to find some leftovers in the basement?

The bathroom shower door doesn’t close and latch to the magnetic strip on the right side. I have noticed the door looks misaligned and not seated vertical aligned. I noticed on the shower door black plastic insert block holding the spindle - hinge door at the top looks broken and plastic cracked inside, where the screw hold on both sides, plus looks loose so the door isn’t vertically straight. Shower screen installed appox 20 years ago

Looking for quotes to fix a stiff sliding door. We’ve just moved in this house and the sliding door has seen better days. Unsure what’s going on with it, if it’s the track itself but it’s stiff when sliding and gets a bit stuck half way then continues. Tried cleaning the tracks and WD40 and it’s helped but it looks like it’s scrapes the tracks top and bottom when sliding.
