Lock needs replacing on my screen door I have brought a new one but cannot get it to work correctly

Looking for a carpenter/builder to extend the existing bulkhead/header above an internal hallway opening so we can install a sliding barn door. We are looking for a high end finish so not rough work or cheap finish looks. At the moment there is a gap between both sides of the bulkhead, so we need it framed straight across to create one continuous section strong enough to mount the barn door track onto. Job would likely include: * Framing out the extension * Plaster sheeting * Cornice blending/patching * Sanding/prep ready for paint This is an internal non-structural job. The pet door needs to be installed ASAP. The current door already has a small dog door, but I am looking to upgrade it to a large dog size.

Replace the door runner, and possibly the track, it keeps getting stuck and really hard to open and close. The screen door requires new rollers as it falls off the track.

The job includes building out a timber packer so the track clears the architrave, installing the track/rail, hanging the door, and installing the floor guide.
