I have two jobs to be done: 1) install a Schlag Encode plus door lock to replace the existing front door's lock. Retain the existing key. Labour only. 2) Front door seals need replacing. The sides of the door frame appears to be loose and needs fixing or replacing. Labour and parts. Further inspection may be required and this part of the job can be negotiated for in person. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 19 June 2023

The tenant at our rental property has reported an issue with a laundry door not opening. See photo. I am not sure if it can be fixed (movement due to heat) or needs to be replaced.
