1. DOOR - Ensuite Bathroom Door Installation - (SUPPLY & INSTALL) * Request/Issue - Modify opening and install new timber door. * Location - Ensuite bathroom. * Size/Area - Approx. 1200mm × 2500mm opening. * Type - Plasterboa tity - 1 door. ~ Assess opening and confirm optimal hinge orientation. ~ Protect flooring, vanity and surrounding finishes. ~ Remove existing skirting and trim from end wall. ~ Remove existing roller blind and fixing brackets. ~ Remove top and bottom architraves to window. ~ Construct new stud framing to reduce height and width of opening. ~ Install new plasterboard sheeting to framed section. ~ Tape, set and sand joints to paint-ready finish. ~ Install new door jamb to new door opening. ~ Install new architrave to door to match existing profile. ~ Install new architrave to close off gaps between new wall and window. ~ Fill, sand and prepare all fixing points. ~ Supply and install new internal door and hardware. ~ Prime all new plasterboard and raw timber. ~ Apply two coats colour matched wall paint to new section. ~ Apply two coats semi-gloss enamel to door, jamb and architrave.

We have just had the house painted and all of the door handles are being replaced. Holes already there.
