Kitchen details: • Photos attached for reference • Only existing plumbing is at the sink • Cabinetry includes built-in air-conditioning vents in the kickboards, which limits where a dishwasher can be placed • Want to understand the most practical and cost-efficient spot to install it (including whether cabinetry modifications would be required) What I need: • On-site inspection • Recommendations on the best location to install a dishwasher • Advice on what work is needed (plumbing, electrical, cabinetry) • A rough idea of potential costs • (Optional) Someone who may also be able to complete the installation after advising Looking for someone with solid experience who can help me make the right call before I begin the install. The dishwasher in my investment property is down. I need a second opinion on whether it can be fixed or should it be replaced.
Highly unprofessional. Couldn’t recommend less. The job was to check my dishwasher and tell me what the issue was. Attended to the property and called me afterwards asking directly to release his payment to which I asked to explain what did. Didn’t get what he said so I asked to send it in writing. Then he said no you pay first. I did. Then he still wouldn’t send me what I asked for and went to said he doesn’t have to do anything. Rubbish.
