Sand, prime and paint walls of a living/dining area (incl. wall next to kitchen)+ entry way. Please see attached photos and floorplan for size reference. I don't have the exact dimensions of the entry way, but it's not every long. Maybe three metres? Prepare and paint 2 x lounge rooms, dining room, kitchen and hallway including ceilings, windows and architraves. Spaces highlighted in yellow on floor plan. Wall highlighted in green will be VJ panelling that can either be painted prior to installation or after. Skirts will be removed and will require painting. All flooring will be removed, and painting will need to occur before new floors installed.

We’ve just moved and the yellow undertones of our dining table clash with our flooring. We’d like to enquire about having the table sanded back and re-stained to a more neutral colour - light, raw or whitewashed oak. Table is just under 1500 in diameter and is solid American oak.

I will provide paint...I'm hoping it can be scheduled between 29th April and 10th of May - Plenty of time to book into your plans. Bedroom/dining room recently painted - so its clean and fresh but trims need to be painted white. Bedroom 1 has 2 window openings and dining has 1 window. Period home so the windows have multi glass panes. Pics to come. Can do each as 2 separate tasks to fit in with your other jobs.
