Project Overview The client seeks a contractor to undertake the safe demolition, dismantling, salvage, handling, and stockpiling of an existing reconstituted limestone retaining wall approximately 40 metres in length and 0.750 metres in height. The blocks measure 1mtr x .350mtr x .350mtr, and there are approx 70 installed. The intent is to maximise salvage and reuse of existing limestone blocks where practical, minimise damage during removal, and leave the site prepared for future reinstatement works. The contractor shall provide all labour, plant, supervision, insurances, disposal of unsalvageable materials post demolition, and all associated equipment necessary to complete the works.

I need a short section of exterior footpath broken up and taken away. The slab measures roughly 1.4 m × 2.8 m and is about 120 mm thick. It’s solid concrete with no steel reinforcement, so once it’s cut and broken out the pieces should be straightforward to lift. Scope • Saw-cut, jackhammer or otherwise break the entire slab. • Load every fragment and dispose of it off-site; I don’t want any rubble left here. • Leave the sub-grade level, clean and ready for whatever comes next. I need someone to demolish this shower base, including the concrete pad underneath, so that I can reposition the plumbing.
