Cupboards inside: Sand and paint cupboards for a fresh finish. Fence: exterior painting for curb appeal. Needs a second coat. Deck: cover existing paint marks (where paint was spilled), tidy and reseal if needed. Handle Installation Fit new black handles (from Ezikit) to freshly painted cupboards. Handles to be installed only once paint is completely dry (ideally same visit or return to finish). Requirements Must bring own painting tools/brushes/rollers. Provide dust sheets/drop cloths. Supply paint (if required, please advise how much and what type to purchase). Basic handyman skills for handle installation (drill + measuring). Timing Handles must be installed after painting is complete and dry. Budget: Please quote for labour (painting + handle fitting). Materials/paint will be provided or reimbursed.

Clean and restain decking and skirt

Build a small set of stairs (2-3 steps) from my deck to the lawns. We have the supplies just need a builder to complete them

I have 250 linear metres of 70mm wide treated pine decking being delivered. It needs to be painted. Although painting decking is not rocket science , must have decent painting experience so I don’t need to monitor. Will pay an hourly rate. Can supply materials, or supply and charge.

The railing is shaky. The bolt that holds the railing in place is loose and needs tightening. But, I can't access it as it's located in an awkward spot.

The deck needs to be jacked up and a few bolts put in the secure. 2 internal doors need to be hung and internal handles fitted

Two decks split levels able to walk between also boundary fence approx 7 to 8 m length. Standard timber fence height.

Need a quote for a large timber deck replacement

Need deck stained, looking rough from weather.

Top railings and along stair case need sanding back, sealing and painting. I have the paint.
