I’m looking for a skilled carpenter to build a raised deck on my rooftop terrace. Details: • Height: 600mm off the current tiled surface • Step: Include a 300mm high step for easy access • Decking: Composite decking (I’ve sourced this already but open to having it supplied if easier) • Framing: Timber frame to be supplied and installed • Labour: Required for full install – framing, step, and decking Location: South Melbourne Size of area: Approx. 4300 mm x 2800mm Would love to get a quote for labour and framing materials, with the option to include decking if needed. Ideally looking to get started in the next couple of weeks.

Remove old deck, take away and Install composite decking 12 Sq Metres

Old boards need to be removed and new boards fixed to the large storage surface. You will need to purchase and cut to fit the space. We have composite boards on the deck that need to be colour matched to the area that needs to be repaired

I’m looking for a skilled tradesperson to extend my monument colour composite decking on the left, right, and back up to the fence line. Extend decking to the fence line on all three sides. Replace one or two broken panels at the back. Cover a cut-out section on the right where a palm tree was removed. Supply all materials, installation, and clean-up after completion. Measurements can be provided if required.

Existing Tiled Veranda Needs installation of composite decking with picture box frame on-top of he tiles. Size is 1.4 depth, 5.2 width. All materials supplied by me. Flexible timeframe - Due date: Flexible

Removal of old timber decking and replacing with new composite decking. 4.1m wide by 2.7m long approx. Decking material not supplied and to be concealed fixed between boards.

Deck wash, sand, prep and Oil timber deck approx 2.4m x 5m. Want a good job not just oil over the grey timber. Will need to use a suitable timber cleaner to remove grey then sand smooth. Oil with light stain to match rear doors as best as possible

Develop a scope of work and a material list for the following:-Remove dispose of and and replace existing decking boards on first floor balcony. Also remove and dispose of 2x planter boxes situated along northern edge of the deck. Decked area measures approximately 5M x 4M x 3M. Material to be used is Merbau 90mm planks with 2 x stainless steel decking screws into each floor joist. A protective membrane is to be installed atop each floor joist under the decking boards. Existing BBQ to be reinstated in existing location.

Wooden planks are slanting on one side , needs to re-positioned. Some planks need to be replaced due to wear and tear

We have a 3m x 4m timber deck (less a small bit where stairs / gate access is) which was used as site for builders storage during a recent renovation. Seeking a general deck service - namely a sand back and oil of the timber (to remove residual marks/paint from builders) and unblocking of any caught items sitting in gaps. Access to external power and water / hose in deck area if required (soil underneath deck with good drainage so water use OK). Oil and sanding equipment not provided so please include in quote (or be specific if it excludes and the materials can be reimbursed separately). Tasker should have prior experience in servicing decks. Note: building rubble in first 3 pics no longer there - current status is per pics 4 & 5 (a few items to be moved before service).

Richmond, Victoria. Existing Timber Deck (weathered and grey with some mould areas)to be sealed. Front Porch 12m2. Back 25m2 + benchseat/planter. No access issues.

We have a small outdoor ground level courtyard, off the dining room, which is currently tiled with synthetic grass over the top. We would like a timber deck built over the tiles to raise the level to close to the door height. Size: 4100 wide x 1800 deep x 100 high mm
