We settle on a new property on the 16th December in Venus Bay. We want to get straight in and renovate it so we can lease it out. We need the following works done by a handy person. - redo the exisiting shower and extend it, (see mock up picture). Plumbing can stay in exisiting location however we want to extend the size of shower and tile it. - back deck needs new section/steps installed. - small bungalow out the back needs recladding with colourbond - small section in one of the bedrooms needs replastering due to water leak

Need our Merbau timber entry steps into our house stained. I usually do this every couple of years. Will need to be prepped with deck wash first. Basically only needs the surfaces you can see in the pics done. The steps and the vertical and horizontal beams, not the underside. I will supply the stain and deck wash prep. There are some ladder scratch marks and unidentified stains. Requires application by a brush so that all visible timber faces are stained. Tradesperson to provide their own their tools . I am looking for a builder/carpenter who would be happy to build a new deck at the back of the house. I need someone who is familiar with local building regulatuons. About 4x5m ...not quite sure yet.
