Build a small (2x2m) composite deck in my courtyard. I already have the decking boards (eko-deck) and fixings. Builder to supply and install joist and associated fixings for frame. Strong preference for someone who has worked with composite decking in the past. Location is at an Airbnb so forward planning required for job to be complete at a time when there are no guests at the location.

Three timber boards have rotten in one spot. Three boards or large section of each board need to be removed and replaced with new sections ready for painting. Boards are approximately 5408mm in length and 93mm in width. New boards to be supplied and old boards and any rubbish removed need to be part of the quote.

Replacement of Decking Boards: • Replace the rotten decking boards located on the left-hand side of the deck, as indicated in the provided photograph. • Carefully remove the old, rotten boards to avoid damage to the existing deck structure. • Install the new timber decking, ensuring secure fastening and alignment with the existing structure for aesthetic continuity. 3. Disposal of Old Boards: • Remove all old, rotten timber boards from the property. • Dispose of the old boards responsibly at an appropriate facility. Materials Provided: • Decking boards (140 x 19mm SpecRite Merbau Pre-Oiled Decking - Random Lengths). • Decking screws will be supplied. Requirements: • Required to bring your own tools for the job. • Use appropriate tools and techniques for removal and installation to ensure no damage to the deck structure. • Ensure the new boards are securely fastened and aligned properly. • Leave the site clean and tidy upon completion of the work.
