We have a deck that’s its good condition but we would like to change the colour. Attached to the deck are two bench seats that would also require staining. We have an outdoor deck that needs clean and staining. I recently tried to do this, but the finish is patchy and streaky. This may simply require another even coat, or more preparation work may be required and the oil based stain reapplied.

- Approximately 41m2 of decking, with steps off two sides (from a height of approximately 600mm), including approximately 700mm of handrail, plus overhead pergola. - Additional deck for landing outside laundry door (approximately 1000mm x 2000mm, with steps down each side).

We have two decks that need to be sanded and oiled. Both only two years old so it’s really just a freshen up as we are selling the house. Not a big job. Size is roughly 3m x 1.5 & 6 x 1.8m Cheers

My decking is approx 8 years old and there are a couple of areas where the boards move and screwing them down does not hold them in place. I think the bearer underneath is rotted.

8m * 1.8 metre jarah verandah requires sanding - easy access.
