To repair the following. I have attached some pics. 1. Ceiling Water Damage & Shower Leak: Water staining and paint bubbling were found on the ground-floor living room ceiling. Elevated moisture was detected directly above in the master ensuite shower/vanity walls. Epoxy might be required on the ensuite bathroom floor upstairs. 2. Laundry Water Feed Hose Deterioration: The braided flexible hot water hose under the laundry sink is severely frayed and near rupture. 3. Gas Cooktop Fault (Kitchen): The electronic ignition sparks continuously during operation and will not turn off. 4. Unvented Bathroom Exhaust Fan (Upstairs): Exhaust discharges directly into the roof void directly in front of an active electrical power plug base.
